EKO Bulgaria EAD is part of Hellenic Petroleum Group and operates in the fuel retail sector in the country. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of over 90 petrol stations using the EKO trademark.

The company is looking for a self-driven Marketing and Loyalty Analyst keen to pursue a career in a multinational organisation. The person will report to the Marketing Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in the company.   

Main responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage and develop the EKO Loyalty Scheme across EKO Bulgaria operations and key partners;
  • Meet/exceed agreed targets for the development of customer relationships and incremental sales;
  • Develop loyalty strategies and tactics, including gamification strategy, promotional activities and other customer engagement programs;
  • Manage the rewards strategy ensuring that the mix of EKO and partner offers meets member expectations;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of a loyalty mobile application;
  • Manage the Loyalty software platform and all involved suppliers/systems infrastructure support/;
  • Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with statisticians, marketing professionals, and pollsters;
  • Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection, including opinion polls, surveys, and questionnaires;
  • Gather information on competitors, conduct analysis on their sales, prices, and methods of distribution, and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition;
  • Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyse in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results;
  • Collect and analyse data regarding customer preferences, demographics, buying habits, and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand;
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing, and communications strategies;
  • Prepare reports on findings while illustrating data with graphs and translating complex results into written texts that are clear and understandable.


In respect of the ideal candidate profile:

  • University Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (experience as Marketing Analyst or CRM/Loyalty Analyst in a large corporation would be considered a plus);
  • Understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods;
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and CRM systems would be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
