The Company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of 97 petrol stations, using the EKO trademark. Following its rapid growth and business development, the Company is currently looking for business partners for its petrol stations in Sofia and the country.
BUSINESS PARTNER FOR PETROL STATIONS
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management process of the petrol stations;
Manage, supervise and coordinates the day-to-day operational work of employees;
Manage organization and implementation of onboarding and ongoing training for employees;
Responsible for all assets on the territory of the petrol stations;
Follows and maintains the company policies and procedures and is especially committed to those
relating to employees’ health and safety;
On a daily basis pursue the set goals to increase sales and improve the quality of service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in trade and retail sales;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
Management and leadership skills and experience;
Registered own company;
Bank guarantee of BGN 20,000 for each Petrol station;
University diploma;
English language is an advantage;
MS Office / Excel, Word, Outlook.
