Motorcycle racingchampion officially announced his program for the upcoming season and signed a new partnership with his main sponsor EKO Bulgaria for the 15th consecutive year
Sofia, March 6, 2025 – Motorcycle racing champion Martin Choy marks 27 years of racing career, 15 of which have been with the support of EKO Bulgaria. At a press conference today, he officially announced his program for the upcoming sports season, first and foremost expressing his gratitude to his main sponsor for their long-standing support in both sports and social causes.
"It is an honor for me to continue working with EKO Bulgaria because this is much more than a partnership – it is trust, shared values, and a common mission. I will continue to give my best, both on the track and in road safety initiatives, to inspire more young people to follow the right example," said Martin Choy.
Martin Choy is a 33-time champion, having become a true legend in motorcycle racing. Besides being a multiple-time champion, he is also the most physically prepared rider, training between 15 and 18 hours per week and running over 550 km per month to maintain peak form.
"The last thing you are allowed to feel at '24 Hours of Le Mans' is fatigue!" Choy added during the press conference.
In 2025, he will compete in the World Endurance Championship, as well as in the National and Eastern European Championships. In the World Championship, our top rider will race with a new team – TEAM Racing 85 (France), alongside his friend and former teammate Christian Napoli (Italy).
According to Martin Choy, the key to success lies inunwavering discipline, relentless hard work, and true dedication to both the sport and society. Through his partnership with EKO Bulgaria, he has not only achieved remarkable results on the track but has also actively promoted road safety, inspiring young people to become responsible and attentive drivers.
