At the end of August, with great excitement, we have launched our new program – EKO Smile. The EKONOMY card, well known to all loyal customers, is expanding to deliver a better user experience with more benefits and services. In addition, we have developed a dedicated mobile application with digital card to benefit customers on the go and at any time. The major news is that within EKO Smile, points are now accrued when refueling and shopping to be redeemed at our sites nationwide for special offers, games, auctions, great gifts or exchanges with friends who also have loyalty program accounts. The current discounts for refueling will be kept as well.
Customers can benefit from the advantages of EKO Smile through the new digital or physical card, and in the special application they can check information about accumulated points in real time, see transaction history, as well as current news about promotions and other useful information. "The EKO Smile loyalty program is the result of our efforts to continuously improve the user experience and to customize it according to the needs of each customer. Through program improvements, we aim to create an EKO community as well. In it, the points are not only a gesture from us to the customers, but they can also they may exchange points with friends within the application, which contributes to the personalized shared experience," said Andreas Triantopoulos, CEO of EKO Bulgaria.
The current EKONOMY card will be valid until 23:59 on 30/09/2023, and customers will be able to replace it with a Smile card by registering at the EKO Smile Bulgaria application or ekosmile.bg, as well as at any location, to take advantage of even more benefits at EKO petrol stations.
