EKO Smile loyalty program celebrates its 1st anniversary

Sofia, October 4, 2024 – The EKO Bulgaria Smile loyalty program celebrates its 1st anniversary. The company launched the service in October last year, offering additional discounts and exclusive offers, available both through a new mobile app and the well-known physical card. The loyalty program EKO Smile is the result of EKO Bulgaria’s long-standing strategy to provide excellent service, personalized offerings, and quality products to every customer.
“We launched the program exactly one year ago during Smile Day week. This was no coincidence, as we want to continue working with a smile for our customers and follow our leading mission: satisfied customers. We are happy when people hit the road from our stations with a smile,” shared Maya Hayrabedyan, Marketing Manager at EKO Bulgaria.
To mark its first anniversary, the company is organizing a special promotion with thousands of prizes, including five Motoretta Plus electric scooters as some of the most attractive rewards. Customers who refuel or purchase products from any EKO station across the country will have the chance to win one of five modern electric scooters through a lottery. Additionally, anyone with the EKO Smile app installed can participate in the "Wheel of Fortune" game to win fuel vouchers, extra Smile points, discount coupons, or free products from the café zone and mini-market. “We aim to give our customers at least one smile a day, and over the past year, we’ve worked daily to make the Smile program more attractive and useful. Our latest innovation is digital stickers, which people know as the stickers they collect and place in brochures to buy products at a promotional price. Our next steps involve optimizing how we present our offers and promotions, so customers can quickly find the latest and most suitable deals for them. Over the past year, EKO Bulgaria has focused on implementing, developing, and improving the program to make it more accessible and easier for customers to use. The benefits they receive include higher discounts on fuel and non-fuel products, as well as special offers from the program’s partners. In addition, collected EKO Smile points provide opportunities for discounted offers and free products in the café zone.
